You can import anything you want as long as you intended to ‘display’. Meaning as long as it does not physically touch public roads. You can trailer it around, drive it on your property, on private tracks, take it to car shows, etc.
However if your intention is to register and experience it on public roads you will need to look at the “25 year rule” or the other loop hole is if you are actively serving in Dubai. Active military are allowed to import up to 2 (I believe) vehicles during their service time.
